What steps are you taking in light of the COVID-19 pandemic?

We have adapted how we work to ensure our guests and staff stay safe at all times.

The safety of our guests and team has always been paramount, and we have adapted how we work to ensure we all stay safe and you can enjoy your visit with the minimum of worry and the maximum peace of mind.

We have enhanced our cleaning procedures to ensure they are in accordance with government guidelines. Particular attention will be paid to the public areas and high touch surfaces with regular checks in place. To adhere to physical distancing measures, we will not be offering a remake service during your stay, should you need any fresh linen please contact our reception team directly. A sanitising point is located at reception.

Physical Distancing
To adhere to physical distancing, our reception and other public areas have been adapted with signs showing any altered flows of foot traffic and changes to entrances and exits.

Breakfast and Other Measures
Restaurant tables will be placed according to government guidelines, and some meals such as Continental Breakfast may be served in-room or at a table instead of a self-serve buffet which would previously have been the case. Lounge bar snacks and drinks will be served at your table as opposed to the bar, and we will maintain minimised contact between staff and guests throughout your stay.

All of our team members will have regular COVID tests and will not travel to work if they have a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19.
